Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Officer, NACO on contract basis
The qualifications /experience required for the post are as given below:-
• At least a University degree at a Graduate or equivalent level, post graduate degree/ diploma will be
preferred;
• At least 8 years experience in the administration in the administrative work, experience in the project funded
by with international donors would be preferred;
o Or
• Recently retired officer of the Central Secretariat Services having the vast experience to ethos of Central
Secretariat and holding regular post in the scale of Rs 10,000 -15,200 /Rs 8000 -13500/- (pre revised) or
equivalent revised pay band + grade pay, with at least 5 years experience in the administration and
management of project funded by with international donors.
• Application should have basic knowledge of working IT friendly environment & working in computers with
Window (MS Office) and internet.
Terms of Reference
** Matters relating to all personnel of SACS in respect of staff sanctioned under NACP –III
** Monitoring of vacancies, appointment, remuneration etc. relating to NACO/ SACS.
** Matters relating to personnel of DAPCU in respect of staff sanctioned –monitoring of vacancies,
appointment, remuneration etc.
** Any other work that may be assigned by the Controlling Officer.
Other conditions:
Age: Not more than 62 yrs as on 1.8.2010
Remuneration: Rs 25,875 pm. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of one year. Canvassing
