RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Applications are invited On-line through APTRANSCO WEBSITE www.aptransco.gov.in and http://aptransco.cgg.gov.in from 10-08-2010 to 31-08-2010 (Payment of Fee upto 30-08-2010 only) from eligible candidates for filling up of the following vacancies by direct recruitment on regular basis in APTRANSCO - Accounts Service.
Number of vacancies for the post of Junior Accounts Officer shall : 26
The Spirit of Presidential Order shall not be applicable to the posts in Corporate Office / Vidyut Soudha.
NOTE :- The posts in Corporate Office, Vidyut Soudha, Hyderabad will be filled up in the first instance and later the posts in Zones will be filled up by following the Spirit of Presidential Order.
Earlier Notifications issued in R.O.No.47/08, dt. 29-07-2008 / 30-07-2008. R.O.No. 127/08, dt. 06-01-2009 are superceded. However, the candidates who have already applied in response to earlier Notifications (i.e., dt. 29-07-2008/30-07-2008 and 06-01-2009) shall hold good for this Notification No.58/10 subject to filling their applications ON-LINE with the Journal number sent to them by post to the address given in their earlier applications.
Percentage of reservation: BC-25% + 4% Muslim reservation (BC-E) subject to the orders / instructions of Government from time to time.
SC- 15%, ST-6%, PH-3%
33 1/3 % reservation for women is applicable as per rules.
Detailed notification with break-up of vacancies, Scale of Pay, Age, Community, Educational Qualifications and other instructions along with syllabus for the written examination may be viewed at AP Transco website (www.aptransco.gov.in) from 10-08-2010.
NOTE:
1. The applicants are required to go through the detailed notification carefully and decide themselves as to their eligibility for this recruitment before applying and enter the particulars completely Online.
2. Candidates are required to retain a photocopy of application form with Reference ID for future reference.
3. Candidates shall submit the application only through online mode well in advance of the last date, to avoid last day rush.
4. Applications sent other than On-line mode will not be entertained.
FEE:
Each applicant must pay Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and Fifty Only) towards Application Processing Fee.
i) Applicants under General category must also pay RS.350/- (Three Hundred and Fifty ONLY) towards Examination Fee in addition to the Application Processing Fee.
ii) Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC Communities and PH need not pay Exam fee.
iii) Candidates belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be considered as Non-Local in General category only, and are required to pay the above-prescribed fee.
Mode of Payment of Fee: The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee as per the notification in any one of the A.P. Online centers and obtain Fee paid receipt with Journal Number( 12 digit) in the first instance. Applicants can also pay the fee through AP Online portal.
Submission of Application: After payment of Fee,the Candidate has to logon to the website http:// www.aptransco.gov.inand click on APPLY ONLINE link or directly visit http://aptransco.cgg.gov.in to view the detailed notification, User Guide and Application Form. The applicants shall invariably fill all the relevant fields in the Application. Immediately on submission of application the Applicant will get an acknowledgement in the form of a downloadable pdf document.
Starting date for Payment of Fee and Application submission is 10-08-2010.
Last date for payment of Fee at AP Online is 30-08-2010.
Last date for submission of Application is 31-08-2010 up to 7 P.M.
