Qualifications:

* Graduate in Civil Engineering with Post Graduation in Structural Engineering
* Over 18 years’ experience of designing major highway bridges and structures of length >200m
* Experience in other countries preferred.
* Age : Below 60 Years.

Senior Pavement Specialist :

Qualifications:
* Civil Engineering Graduate with higher qualifications and specialization in Pavement Design.
* Over 18 years experience in design, construction and maintenance of rigid and flexible pavement.
* Experience of using HDM-3 / HDM-4, non-destructive evaluation technologies, pavement management system, pavement performance modeling including whole life cost analysis.
* Experience in developed countries like USA, UK, countries of European Union, Australia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

(3) RCC Buildings and RCC towers
- Structural design of Foundation for Liquid Mud Plant based on the plant layout prepared from ADCOs Scope of Work document and answering to ADCOs quiries on its Design.This design was used for Tender Purpose.
- Design of Pre Engineered Steel Building for the Liquid Mud Plant manually , using STAAD for the mainframe design only and then making final BoQs based on design.
- Design of Raft and Pile Foundation from the base reactions at the loading coordinates on the Raft for checking of Consultant’s RCC tower Foundation Design.
Review of parameters fed into design and the choice of Factor of Safety .
- Preparing Structural Reports for studies like
--- Foundation type variation from Raft to Raft and Pile foundation and corresponding variation
in material Quantities and the cost of the project.
--- Column Layout change at the 12th floor due to Client Requirements ,
- Preparation of internal report for the Client for the Over all progress of the Project making independant investigation of all the 15 Variations of the project and checking of all the BoQ quantities and rate analysis , arriving at the final Project Cost after adding all the Variation costs and deducting the Contractors penalty for delay in Project handover.
- Modelling and Design of RCC towers using ETABS

(4) Irrigation Reservoir and Pump Station
- Structural Design Calculations for approval of Shop Drawings of Irrigation Reservoir and Pump Station ,Chambers and Junctions.
- Detailing and Bar Bending Schedule Preparation for Irrigation Reservoir and Pump Station, Chambers and Junctions.Scaffolding material requirement and getting them approved by the consultant at the site.
- Preparation of Work progress log consisting of about 800 inspection requests required for the complete assessment of the Project with features of sorting according to the Description and Type of work , Submitted quantity , Status of Approval , Approved quantity etc.
- Preparation of Measurement Sheets and Billing, Generation of Monthly Payment Certificate after monthly QAQC inspection logs approval.

(5) Highways ,Bridges and Water Supply Pumphouses
- Design of Water Supply Pumphouses and its BoQ.
- Design of Highways using Bentleys MX and High Level RCC Bridges over rivers and Preparation of Detailed Project Report containing its BoQ.
