    RECRUITMENT OF ELECTRICAL STAFF ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR

    MALAYSIA PROJECT

    IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a premier schedule “A” infrastructure Public

    Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways engaged in the construction of turnkey
    infrastructure projects in Railways, Highways, Buildings, Power sectors, etc. The Company
    has recorded a landmark turnover of more than Rs. 3145 crores in the year 2009-10. The
    company has successfully completed large value Railway Projects in India and abroad
    including Malaysia, Bangladesh, Algeria, Iraq, Syria, etc.
    The company also invites applications for the following posts on Contract basis (two years)
    for posting in its Seramban-Gemas Double Tracking Project, Malaysia.

    Electrical Fitter :
    Fixed Monthly Salary in
    Malaysia : USD 700/- pm

    Minimum 5 years experience in OHE erection works.

    (*) Age is relaxable in deserving cases having relevant experience.
    Candidates with valid passport & Driving license will be given preference. Applicants are
    also advised to apply for passport urgently as the mobilization to Malaysia will be
    immediately after selection.
    A. The above posts are specifically for Malaysia Project and not for the regular
    establishment of IRCON. The appointment is purely on contract initially for two years,
    extendable further as per company's requirement and performance of the candidates.
    The contract appointment is also co-terminus with the project and will not confer any
    right to claim absorption in regular establishment.
    B-1 There are no allowances over and above the fixed pay.
    B-2 Reimbursement for indoor treatment for self at the place of posting only would be
    permissible.
    B-3 Suitable dormitory accommodation for workers/bachelor accommodation for foremen
    will be provided at the place of posting. Mess facility (chargeable) shall also be
    provided.
    B-4 Minimum PF as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from the
    salary and a matching contribution will be made by the company. The accumulations
    will be paid at the time of cessation of contract. Insurance cover shall also be provided
    as for other co-workers of equal status.

    B-5 15 days earned leave would be admissible on completion of every 6 months service
    which can be accumulated and encashed at the time of cessation of contract. No other
    type of leave would be admissible.
    B-6 TA/DA would also be admissible if deputed on outstation duty.
    B-7 No other perks or benefits would be admissible except the above.

    Medical Standards:
    Empanelled candidates will undergo prescribed health examination for
    the job before he joins the post.
    Selection Process:
    Selection will be through walk-in-interview. The schedule for walk in
    interview is given in the table below:

    Applicants may send their application in advance by 18-August-2010 or Applicants who

    consider themselves eligible in all respects (as per advertisement) can straightway report

    for interview alongwith duly filled in application as per the above schedule
    . Interview
    call letters will not be issued separately.
    Applicants are advised to check their eligibility
    thoroughly while applying so as to avoid disappointment at later stage. The applicants must
    bring the original certificates in proof of age, community, educational qualifications and
    experience while reporting for the interview failing which the interview of the candidate will
    not be held.

    -: INSTRUCTIONS :-

    1. Application neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format should be sent to
    Addl. General Manager/ HRM, IRCON International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket,
    New Delhi – 110 017 accompanied with self attested copies of the following documents :
    a) Matriculation Certificate (for age proof);
    b) Certificate of qualification i.e. Degree/Diploma;
    c) Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any;
    d) Certificates in proof of experience clearly indicating the length and line of experience as
    per eligibility conditions;
    e) Copy of Passport &
    f) Copy of valid Driving License (if any).
    2. The number of posts indicated may vary based on further assessment of requirement.
    3. Candidates working in Govt./ PSUs/Auto. Bodies should inform their employers in writing
    that they are applying for posts in IRCON. Such candidates will have to produce NOC
    from their employers at the time of interview.
    4. All information given in the application will be verified with original documents at the
    time of interview. If discrepancies are found, candidature will be cancelled.

    unsigned. IRCON will not be responsible for loss of application in transit or postal delay.
    IRCON also reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the candidature without
