Dear Candidates,
One of our major client in Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for the following requirement of manpower for shutdown work :
Interview are scheduled to be held in Mumbai on 23rd and on 24th of August 2010.
Time period : 3 months-mission visa- October , November and December 2010. Joining date approx : 30 /09/2010
1. Senior Electrical Technicians (25 No’s) 5 years, 1500.00 all inclusive ( 1000 basic + 500 allowance ), Overtime will be provided after 10 hours work
2. Junior Electrical Technicians (20 No’s) 2-3 years, 1200.00 all inclusive ( 800 basic + 400 allowance ), Overtime will be provided after 10 hours work.
3. Skilled Helper (20 No’s) 2-3 years, 1100.00 all inclusive ( 700 basic + 400 allowance ), Overtime will be provided after 10 hours work.
4. Site Engineer-Electrical-diploma or graduate (3 No’s), 5 years, 6000.00 all inclusive ( 5000 basic + 1000 allowance), No Overtime . 10 hours work.
5. HSE engineer / officer-(2 No’s) preferably with electrical engineering back ground, (2 No’s), 4500.00 all inclusive ( 3000 basic + 1500 allowance), No Overtime . 10 hours work.
6. Electrical foremen (3 No’s), 5 years, 3500.00 all inclusive ( 2000 basic + 1500 allowance), Overtime will be provided after 10 hours work.
Visa, return air ticket , food and accommodation will be provided. Candidates must be qualified as per requirement and committed to join once visas are issued.

OVERVIEW OF ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Major Project :
- Power Upgrading of Transmission Line Using AC-DC Transmission
Long extra high voltage (EHV) ac lines cannot be loaded to their thermal limits in order to keep suf- cient margin against transient instability. With the scheme proposed in the paper, it is possible to load these lines very close to their thermal limits. The conductors are allowed to carry usual ac along with dc on it.
Mini Project :
- Feeder Protective Relay monitoring and Data Logger
The main aim of the project is to monitor the Voltage, Current and Frequency of a power system feeder time to time and protect the same under any fault conditions in the areas where there is no accessibility
