Clinical Quality Head (Hyderabad)

Qualification :
M.B.B.S from a reputed medical college.
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in-Family Medicine or General Medicine may be an added advantage.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India and a member of IMA.

Work Experience :
Should have practiced Medicine for at least a couple of years.
Must have at least 8-10 years of managerial experience in healthcare in a reputed organization.
Must have in-depth exposure to functions such as recruitment, training, SOPs, quality audits, accreditation, overall clinical operations.
Must have managed a team of at least 30-40 people at different levels.

Domain 1 : Clinical Operations Management
Shall be responsible for all the aspects of service delivery in the clinical areas in both – own and franchised – clinics. It shall cover the services provided by the clinic team and include pharmacy services and also referral services for diagnostics and other interventions, as and when required. It will also involve firming up alliances with external agencies and regular coordination.

Domain 2 : Clinical Quality
The person shall be responsible for driving the clinical quality benchmark across the entire network of Razi Clinics. The personal shall be responsible for ensuring development of necessary SOPs/protocols through appropriate solution providers He shall also be responsible for regular quality audits (through in-house resources or external agencies) and also accreditation, as and when required.

Domain 3 : Recruitment
A clinic team shall typically consist of a family physician, an ANM-cum-administration executive and a pharmacies (who may be involved with sales and counseling as well). The person shall be responsible for identifying talent and recruitment for the entire network of clinics. Wherever the clinic looks at the possibility of engaging visiting consultants from a few specialties such as pediatrics and gynecology, the person shall play a key role in identifying suitable candidates and firming up arrangements. The person shall also be responsible for building the clinical team at corporate level.

Domain 4 : Training & Staff Development
The person shall be responsible for formulating the training policies, development of content and delivery of various training program through appropriate providers. Such training inputs shall be provided at the time of induction as well as on-going training puts to the entire clinic team.
