Walk-in-Interview for the post of Research Associate (RA)

It is proposed to fill up one temporary position of Research Associate under a time-bound project at NCAP through walk-in-interview. The position is co-terminus with the project. The eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements should appear before the Selection Committee for personal interview alongwith a copy of their CV/bio-data and qualification certificates at NCAP, DPS Marg, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 at 10:00 AM on 19th August 2010. The project details and eligibility criteria are indicated below:

Intellectual Property Management and Transfer/Commercialization of Agricultural Technology under ICAR Headquarters scheme on Management and Information Services

Research Associate (1)
Upto 31/03/2012 or till end of the project, whichever is earlier
Rs.18000/- per month +30% HRA for Ph.D. Degree holder
&
Rs.17000/- per month +30% HRA for Master’s Degree holder
Essential : Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics/ Economics/ Agricultural Biotechnology from a recognized University with a minimum of first class in M.Sc., and good knowledge of data analysis and database management;
OR
M.Sc. in abovementioned disciplines with a minimum of first class from a recognized University, and having research experience of minimum two years in relevant areas of research with evidence.
Desirable : Minimum one year experience related to intellectual property (IP) rights, IP database search and statistical data analysis.

Age : The upper age limit would be
- 40 years for men
- 45 years for women
