My project highlights the inventory management procedure in IOCL. My main task of this study is to learn the procedure of inventory management in IOCL and also to learn about their service provided to customers.
Inventory management is mainly concerned with the functions, which affects the Flow, Conservation and utilization, the quality and the costs of materials. It also includes Material planning, programming functions such as Customers requirements.
Inventory management also influences the type of the products also. The main factors of this project is to study the objective of the company as they relate to inventories , their level of service provided to customers, the qualification of staff personnel, the capability of present and future.
The major role of this inventory management is to supply the stock in efficiently and increase the production process.
Only efficient inventory control can significantly contribute to the overall profit-position of the organizations.

Role – I have solve some live case studies and to find out the reasons of becoming NPA. I need to sent notice to borrower under Bank Manager observation. Further, a comparative study on the performance of various banks can be done using a ratio analysis of these parameters.Finally some suggestions given by me to reduce NPA level.
