TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidate for the post of Assistant Manager (Building Maintenance) on Regular basis. Details are given below :

Minimum Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University.

Age limit :
Maximum 30 years as on 01/07/2010

Minimum Experience :
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the field of Hitech building maintenance including installation, Testing commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning plant/ Window & Split AC’s, Electrical Substation, Fire fighting & Fire Protection System, Fire detection, Diesel Generator sets, Lifts, Water Supply & disposal Pumps, Internal & External Electrification, UPS, Servo Stabilizers and other Electromechanical appliances. Should have experience of tendering for above works and liasoning with various licensing agencies and also able to handle House keeping & Security Services.

Necessary Instructions : -
1. The last date of receipt of the applications is 31.08.2010

2. Age relaxation in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India guidelines.

3. Candidates, working in TCIL, need not to apply.

4. Age relaxation for the candidates who are having over and above the prescribed experience to the extent they have the experience, subject to maximum 5 years.

5. Candidates working in Govt. organization/PSU shall apply through proper channel. However a copy of the application may be sent in advance for consideration.

6. Experience in the relevant field shall be calculated from the date of attaining the minimum essential qualification(s) i.e. B.E.

7. The recruitment process may be cancelled at any stage with or without assigning any reason thereof.

8. The post advertised is meant for different locations in India/Abroad. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or Abroad.

9. Name of the post applied for should invariably be mentioned on the top of the envelope containing the application form.
10. Incomplete/unsigned applications and applications received after the last date of receipt of application will not be entertained and the application form in the prescribed format without the duly attested copies of all relevant certificates (Educational, Professional, Date of Birth & Experience) will liable to be rejected.

Educational Qualificataion :-
10+2 from C.H.S.E. Board, Bhubaneswar in 2006 with 67.3% Marks.
10th from HSC Board in 2004 with 84.5% marks.
Computer Awareness :-
Languages known - C, C++
Proficient with the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Windows & Internet.
Implant Training Programme :-
1 month training program in. Orissa Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.
Project Undertaken :-Automated railway level crossing controller.
