INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION WITH SAFETY
To automate the basic melting and casting process by using microcontroller with feedback system and reduce risk to human beings from the hazardous working areas
The industrial automation is applicable for the operation and execution of forging and die-casting industry, casting industry and tier retarding plants.
Basically for all these industries it requires the raw material to be loaded into furnace and melting it by heating up to the required temperature, the obtained molten material is transferred into the mould to obtain required shape. Finally the mould have to be cooled, the whole process is time consuming. Here we are automating the whole process by using the microcontroller and conveyer system the system has an advantage of also such as monitoring of temperature and fire conditions, and it also reduces the process time and risk to the worker.
