Applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment to the post of Pilot on adhoc basis (Likely to be regularized on Govt. sanction.)

PILOT
1. Scale of pay : Rs.14500-350-18700 .(Due for upward revision
w.e.f. 01-01-2007)

.2. Number of vacancies : 3 ( 1S.C, 1 ST,1UR )

3. Qualification and experience : 1. Master Foreign Going Certificate holder with
a) 6 months’ experience as Chief Officer of Foreign Going vessel OR
b) 2 years’ experience as Dredger Master OR
c) 6 years’ sea service in the executive Branch of Indian Navy in the Rank of Lt. Commander/ Commander

4. Age limit : 40 years ( Relaxable as per Govt. rules)

Applicants should submit complete Bio-data along with attested copies of the documents to prove age, qualification, experience, caste, etc. Those who are employed shall forward the applications through proper channel. The Port reserves the right to short-list applicants for interview based on appropriate criteria.
