Estimation and Quantity Engineer : Should have minimum. 2 to 3 years of experience, should
have following skills. (Degree/ Diploma in civil).
1) To take out Quantities.
2) Rate analysis.
3) Tender documentation.
4) Knowledge of Ms Excel is must.

Site Supervisor : Should have diploma in civil or interior design should have following skill sets.
1) On site experience of 3 to 4 years.
2) Should understand AutoCAD drawings.
3) Working Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
4) Should be able to handle site independently.
5) Knowledge of taking out minutes of meeting and memos is must. Should be open to work on
outstation projects.

> Completing snag list remains on site.
> Checking of Running and Final Bills submitted by contractors.
> Measurements of work done & verification of bills as per same.
> Preparing & Submitting of As Built Drawings to the client as per work Finalized on site.
