Sr. Architects : Should have minimum 5 years of experience and should possess following skillsets.
1) Good in free hand sketching.
2) Should be in a position to handle clients, consultants and inhouse team independently.
3) Should have fluency in verbal and written communication.
4) Knowledge of autocad is must, experience in Revit, Archicad, Sketchup will be an added advantage.
5) Experience in Residential, Industrial and Institutional building is required with appropriate knowledge
of corporation / sanctioning authorities by-laws.

Sr.Interior Designer : Architect with experience in Interiors or Interior Designer should have 5 to 7
years of experience should be good in the following areas.
1) Free hand sketching and Designing.
2) Should be in a position to handle clients, consultants and in-house team independently.
3) Should have Knowledge of current rates of materials.
4) Experience to handle the sites, should be well conversant with estimation and tender documents.
5) Should have enough knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD and MS
Project will be an added advantage.

Jr.Interior Designer : Interior diploma with 2 years experience, should have following skill sets.
1) Good sketching and design sense.
2) Ability to work in team.
3) Good in working drawings.
4) Knowledge of AutoCAD is must, sketchup, 3D/ ArchiCAD / Revit carries added advantages.
