Job Description
To work independently in the field of marketing heavy capital equipments.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have excellent communication skills particularly in English.
Candidate should have experience in marketing of heavy capital equipments.
Candidate should be BE - Mech and preferably MBA.

- Responsible for overall Retention Agency management.
- Responsible for overall retention and collections in 60-90 bucket..
- Responsible for all customers want to churn or move to prepaid through necessary retention.
- Key account manager for HNI Customer base and provide necessary support as required.
- Responsible for Query resolution and escalation management.
- To ensure that there is a proper customer redressal system at all touches points.
- Regular review with the franchisee on its mapped High Value customers and
briefing them on the expected service level for these High Value customers.
- Responsible for Customer whose usage had decrease Month on Month.
- Responsible for Special MNP projects on churn management.
- Ensure Customer Retention in Postpaid minimize the Churn.
- Special Project undertaken on PRE to POST and Handset Up gradation to minimize the churn

- Act as an interface within the circle representatives and DAKC teams for various issues.
- Revenue Analysis base on ARPU and Product.
- Co- ordination with all business heads in circles for daily operational.
