PROJECT ENGINEER ( HVAC )
- Checking bills for sub-contractors & invoicing.
- Site Measurements such as Ducting, Piping, Insulation & electrical etc.
- Ensure accurate, real-time reporting for progress & discrepancies.
- Sub-contractor appointments.
- Monitoring project through Daily/Monthly Progress & other reports & Bar Charts.

i. Corporate Office Complex Motherson Auto Ltd.
14 Story building with a total load of 650 TR. Three water cooled chiller two working and one standby (High Side Only).
ii. Pixion Graphic Vision (IT Building)
4 Story Building with three water cooled chillers 160TR each, 21 Air Handling Units, 50 Hydronic 4 ways Cassette Units, 22 Chilled Water Hi Walls and 75 HP VRV System with 8 indoors. Air distribution through Factory Fabricated Ducts, VCD’s, Grills & Diffusers. Both High and Low side of work,
iii. Professional Acess (IT Office)
Low Side HVAC Work with two 46000cfm AHU’s and one 8.5 TR. Package unit.
iv. Strathclyde Skill Business School (MBA College)
3 story building with a total load of 250 Hp. Technology used was Variable Refrigerant Volume VRV. It has 28 outdoor units which was further divided into 9 circuits each floor contains three circuits. Air Handling is done through 44 low static ductable units & with 15 Four ways cassette units. All the indoor units can be operated through a Centralized Remote Controller CRC.
Air distribution is done by factory fabricated ducts, VCD’s, Grills, diffusers,
Three TFA Units are provided for fresh air intake.
v. Alstom Project India Ltd. (Presently Executing)
Low Side HVAC Work with two 50,000cfm AHU’s and one 3.0 TR. Package unit. Air Distribution is done through VAV (Variable Air Volume) Thermo diffusers, VCD’s, Grills etc.

Responsibility:
- Taking off the quantities from drawings and ordering them.
- Checking the quality of material and ensuring that the material received on site is as per tender specifications.
- Site Measurement with client & sub vendors.
- Making/settlement of bills for client and sub-contractors.
- Checking quality of work on daily basis according to contract & tender of sub contractors on site strictly.
- Assisting to Project Manager, Client manager for better Progress of the work.
- Attending the Weekly Site Review meeting.
