Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is providing Statutory Services to the exporters under
STP/EHTP scheme and also extending infrastructural facilities including High Speed Internet and IPLC
links. STPI at present has 51 centers at different locations in the country.
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up various group ‘A’ S&T and Non S&T
vacancies given below. The vacancies are proposed to be filled-up by Direct Recruitment on contract
basis for a period of three years which is likely to be regularized/extended/terminated depending upon
the performance of the candidate during contract service. Those working in Govt./PSUs/Autonomous
Societies, who apply through proper channel and get selected, could be considered for appointment on
immediate transfer (absorption) basis :

Essential Qualifications and Experience :
For Direct Recruits :
First division in BE /B.Tech in Electronics / Computer / Information Technology or equivalent in related
field from a recognized University / Institution with 15 (fifteen) years experience in the relevant field;
OR
First division in ME / M. Tech in the related field from a recognized University / Institution with 12
(Twelve) years experience in the relevant field;
OR
Ph.D in Engineering/ Technology/ Science in the relevant discipline from a recognized University /
Institution with 10 (Ten) years Industrial/ Research experience in the relevant field.
For Transfer (absorption):
In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
i) holding analogous post on regular basis; OR having 5 years regular service in the Grade Pay Rs.

For Direct Recruits :
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) /SAS (IAAD/ICAD) with eight (8) years experience in Finance Management
& Accounts after acquiring the prescribed qualification(s); OR
Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized university with twelve (12) years experience in a
responsible position in the area of commerce, finance and accounts; OR
Degree in Commerce from recognized university with fifteen (15) years experience in responsible
position in the area of commerce, finance and accounts.
For Transfer (absorption) :
In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
(i) Person working in analogous post on regular basis; OR Persons working in the Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
with six (6) years regular service and having experience in the area of commerce, finance and accounts.;
AND
(ii) Possessing qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits as above.
Note - The departmental candidates with six years regular service as Senior Finance Officer (A VII) in
the Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- shall be considered along with Direct Recruits. In case such candidate is
selected for appointment, the post shall be deemed to have filled up by promotion.

position in Personnel Management / Administration; OR
Graduate with PG Diploma in Personnel Management from recognized University with twelve (12)
years post qualification experience in a responsible position in the relevant field.
For Transfer (absorption)
In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
Person working on analogous post in Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous bodies on regular basis; OR
Person working as Section Officer / Admn. Officer or equivalent in the Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- having
five (5) years regular service and having experience in Administration / Personnel / Vigilance.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Candidates meeting the above conditions may send their applications complete in all respects in the
prescribed proforma (Annexure) alongwith duly attested copies of certificates relating to qualification(s),
date of birth, experience certificate(s), caste certificate etc. by the last date of receipt of application to
the Chief Administrative Officer, Software Technology Parks of India, Electronics Niketan, 6,
CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003 alongwith an application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees
two hundred only) per application by Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order (having six months validity) in
favour of ‘Software Technology Parks of India’, payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by
candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
Persons working in Central/ State Government/PSUs/Autonomous organizations may send their
applications through proper channel alongwith photocopy of ACRs for the last five years. However, a
copy of the application may send in advance for consideration.
