A candidate successfully completing the advanced-training workshop would be placed on the JOB as a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER inside the company. The details of both programs are mentioned below,

INTERMEDIATE TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT:
Requirement:
1) Candidate must have basic knowledge in anyone computer programming-language.
2) Candidate must have intermediate-level of English verbal and written skills.
Content:
1) During training, the company would provide intermediate-level training in,
a. Programming-languages: C, C++, C#.Net,
b. Timers, STL and Multithreading,
c. Use of Microsoft Visual Studio IDE to edit/build/run/debug/release software-projects,
d. BugZilla (a bug-tracking software),
e. Subversion (a source-code versioning software),
f. Use of comparing/merging software to find differences in two similar source codes,
g. Use of Doxygen to create documentations of projects.

ADVANCED TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT:
Requirement:
1) Either candidate must have successfully completed INTERMEDIATE TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT program inside Maffick Consultancy Services (www.maffickcs.com), or candidate must qualify entrance-test in C/C++/C# for this training. If interested for entrance-test, the candidate must collect necessary information from the company.
2) Candidate must have intermediate-level of English verbal and written skills.
Content:
1) During training, the company would provide advanced training in,
a. Programming languages: C, unmanaged and managed C++, C#.Net,
b. Advanced Timers, STL and Multithreading,
c. Win32 and MFC programming in C++,
d. Object Oriented programming,
e. Static (*.lib) and dynamic (*.dll) libraries development,
f. Advanced debugging skills using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE,
g. Analysis and designing of algorithms,
h. Interfacing with 8086 assembly language programming for device-drivers development,
i. Working of TSR programs and computer viruses,
j. Use of Dependency Walker to debug dependencies,
k. Use of Doxygen to create documentations and diagrams of projects.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) The location of training-programs would be at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi , INDIA .
2) Both training sessions would have duration of three months each. And, there would be daily two hours of training. Sunday would be treated as holiday in a week.
3) For getting benefit of FREE-OF-COST trainings, a candidate must have to deliver daily 8 hours of job inside our company on NO SALARY up to the full-duration of training. Such candidates must have at least 35 words per minute typing-speed on computer. If a candidate does not deliver the job inside our company, his/her training would be terminated.
4) If a candidate does not want to get benefit of FREE-OF-COST training (and hence, does not want to do job inside our company during training-period), he/she can do training by submitting complete fees of interested training-program. The fee-details are below,
a. For INTERMEDIATE TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT--> Rupees 16,000/- for 3 months.
b. For ADVANCED TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT --> Rupees 21,000/- for 3 months.
5) After completing ADVANCED TRAINING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, the successful candidates would be placed on the job of SOFTWARE DEVELOPER inside Maffick Consultancy Services (www.maffickcs.com) on two/three years of job-contract.
