Sai Pratibha Khoj Sansthan (S.P.K.S) has been functioning as a non-political urban & rural based non-government organization since 1997 ,registered under societies Act 21 of 1860,regd. no.- 245 dated 20 May 2000.Also affiliated with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan ,Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, New Delhi,FCRA Act 1976 and Income Tax department, Patna and also already applied for exemption for income taxes deduction under I.T section 12 A and 80 G.

S.P.K.S is established as a voluntary organization promised to support the development of economically and socially disadvantaged needy people and also to co-ordinate and guide to bring uniformity amongst them. Our aim is to spread sprit of love, friendship and selfless social service throughout India. Efforts are being made to setup its units outside India.

OBJECTIVE
Presently , I am serving in Eastern Coalfields Ltd, a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd., which is a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India, as Dy. Chief Security Officer in E-6grade, with the departments aim , that is to protect the properties of the company and provide collective security to management staffs and employees with the aim to accelerate production and dispatch of coal by maintaining industrial peace.

Served as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, for national security.

JOB DESCRIPTION IN ARMY

* Served in 872 Light Regiment and 163 Field Regiment in the Regiment of Artillery of Indian Army.
* Attended various army operations and training including Advance Gunnary, Regiment Survey Officers course and Commando Course.
* Served in the Border areas of India and awarded with Sainya Seva Medal and High Altitude Medals.
* Man management of Soldiers under command.
* Training of soldiers under Command.
* Border sealing operations as per direction of commanding officer from time to time.
* Maintenance and upkeep of arms, ammunitions and other equipments.
* Patrolling of Border areas.
* Active participation in internal security duties as per direction of superior officers.
* To act as gun position officer and observation post officer as per direction of commanding officer from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION IN EASTERN COALFIELDS LTD.
AS A DY. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

* Control theft and pilferage of coal. Since ECL is spread over the following districts, i.e. Burdwan, Purulia, Birbhum, Bankura in West Bengal and Dhanbad, Godda and Deoghar in Jharkhand State. This vast area requires proper guarding and checking from theft and pilferage of coal by means of surprise checks and patrolling.
* Conduct training of security personnel to deal with miscreant activities and proper guarding of vital installations like, explosive magazines , cash, stores and etc.
* Proper fool-proof security of explosive magazines to prevent any kind of access to terrorist organization/ anti-national elements.
* Proper safe guarding of company’s cash during transit from banks to cash rooms and collieries of ECL.
* Liaison with district authorities.
* Provide intelligence information to the management about trade union activities.
* Provide security to the management during Strikes and Gheraos.
* Provide security cover to staff by conducting effective patrolling.
* Providing security cover to visiting dignitaries and VVIPs inn full co-ordination with District authorities and Central industrial Security Forces.
* Submit timely reports and returns to higher headquarters (Coal India Ltd., Kolkata)
* Act as a staff officer to the Chief of Security , ECL.
* Man management of security personnel. Presently there are about 2600 ECL Security Personnel and 2079 Private Security Personnel working in ECL.


PRESENT SALARY : 12 Lacs per annum.
