Number of posts : 191

Scale of pay : PostMan cadre Rs 5200-20200 + Grade pay 2000 (+ admissible allowances)

Age : 18 to 25

Education : Matriculation or equivalent, ie. 10th class pass
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

Last date : 24-08-2010 upto 17:00 hrs

Selection:
Candidates to the extent of 10 times of the number of vacanies on the basis of merit of percentage of marks obtained in standard 10th will be shortlisted and called for written test and syallabus of the written test will be intimated to them only theough hall permit. selection will be based on the basis of merit in the exam which will be held on 1 day in the entire circle.
GDS may also apply for direct quota vacancies in their unit.

How To Apply:
Applications on A4 size plain paper along with caste certificate and relevant documents should be sent only by Regd./Speed Post to the Officeras shown in column 4 of above mentioed vacancy chart in Employment News on or before 24.8.2010. Candidate should affix 1 latest passport size photograph on applicaton and another attached with the application for affixing on the hall permit in respect of short listed candidates.
