Outsourcing of Contractual Services of Supply Chain Managers
Applications are invited on prescribed form for Two Supply Chain Managers on
 contract at ESIC Hqrs. New Delhi. The consolidated remuneration will be Rs24.000/- per
 month
 In addition to the above consolidated remuneration. the selected candidates will be
 allowed TA/DA for tour undertaken for official work at rates applicable No other
 perks/benefits such as HRA, CCA. Transport allowance, Medical re-imbursement leave
 with pay are admissible
2. Educational and other Qualifications:-
 MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management from recognized Institutions
 Preference will be given to experienced persons who have served as Supply Chain
 Manager or above in Central/State/Public Sector Undertaking or Institutes of
 repute.

3. Age Limit Not exceeding 64 years as on 06-08-2010.

4 a) Nature of Job:-
i) Managing the movement of drugs
 ri) Strategic network, optimization including the quantity. location and size of
 warehousing, distribution centers and facilities.
 iii) Aligning overall organizational strategy and supply strategy
b) Period of Job:- The period of the contract will be 1 year only and it can be
 extended up to 3 years maximum age limit of 65 years, if required by the
 Corporation.

5. Selection Process - The selection will be through interview only.
 Individuals must be medically fit, motivated and dynamic to produce results and
 willing to join immediately after selection. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing
 for interview. The selected candidate will have to sign an agreement with the
 Corporation

 Chain Manager ..by Registered Post.
 b: The Call letters for interview shall be issued subsequently and on selection the
 candidate has to submit the Medical Fitness Certificate issued by CM 0 before
 Joining the Corporation
 C) The application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs 225/- issued
 (after the date of publication of advertisement) in favour of ESI Corporation, New
 Delhi payable at New Delhi. This should be Clipped on top of the application.
 d) The application should also be accompanied with two self-attested photographs
 showing candidate's name on top of the photograph alongwith self attested
 photostat copies of Degree and educational qualifications and proof of
 experience in the related field.
 e) The interview will be held at Delhi
 fl Incomplete applications and applications received after the last date will be
 rejected. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
 g) The last date for receipt of application is 13-08-2010.
 Merely fulfil!ing the minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will
 not vest any right on a candidate being calted for interview Since it may not be
 possible to call all the candidates for interview, the applications will be short listed
 for the purpose. The decision of ESIC will be final The Corporation will not
 entertain any correspondence in this respect.
