Applications are invited from Indian Nationals in the prescribed proforma for filling up the
 Post at Sl No. 1 at CIFA Headquarters, Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar and Sl No. 2 at KVK,
 Khurda, a separate Scheme functioning under the administrative control of the CIFA,
 Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, a unit of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research,
 New Delhi.

B.A./B.Com/B.Sc with certificate of stenography and typing or Inter Science/Intermediate in Arts with certificate
 of stenography and typing and at least two years experience of stenography and typing work in a reputed firm/company/ organization.
Desirable: Computer Knowledge (One year / Six months)
Professional : The Candidate will be given one dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 words per minute for 10 minutes. The Candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes.

Age limit : Maximum age limit is 35 years for Sl No. 1 & 27 years for Sl No. 2. as on Closing Date.
 (Relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman as per rule.) No age limit for regular
 ICAR employees.

How to apply: The application (Bio-data neatly typed/hand written with signature and date consisting of
 (1) Name of the candidate, (2) Father’s Name, (3) Date of birth (To be attached the proof of certificate),
 4.Religion, 5. Nationality, 6. Qualification, 7. Whether belong to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman (attested
 copy of the certificate is to be attached), 8. Permanent Address, 9. Present Address, 10. Experience, if
 any, 11. Any other relevant information followed by an undertaking towards correctness of Information
 furnished in the application form duly signed with date should reach the Director, Central Institute of
 Freshwater Aquaculture, P.O. Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar –751 002 (Orissa) latest by 07.09.2010 by
Regd/Speed Post. A recent passport size photograph duly signed by the applicant must be affixed on
 the top right corner of the application.

General Instructions:
· The application should accompany a Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (Rupees three
 hundred only) for Sl No. 1 & Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for Sl No. 2 as
 application fee (drawn in favour of “ICAR Unit CIFA” Payable at SBI, Kausalyaganga
 Code No.8874). No fee for SC/ST Candidates.
 · The post is non-government under new pension scheme introduced by Govt. of India
 w.e.f. 01.01.2004 mutatis mutandis and as amended and modified from time to time.
 · No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for test/interview. However, unemployed
 SC/ST/PH candidates called for test/interview will be paid traveling expenses to the
 extent permissible under the rules (on producing proof.)
 · Incomplete application shall be summarily rejected without any reference and the
 application received after due date will not be entertained.
 · In case of employed person, the application should be routed through proper channel.
