    ** Work closely with site team and ensure critical spares reach site within TAT.
    ** Coordinating with National and International suppliers for pickup of materials.
    ** Coordinating with CHAs for custom clearance of goods at airports and sea ports.
    ** Validation of transport and custom duty bills and processing the same for vendor payments.
    ** Follow-up with finance team to ensure timely payment to vendors/ suppliers.
    ** Conversant with stock monitoring and issue activities such as FIFO, LIFO etc.
    ** Supervising material inward and outward activities at the Warehouse

    Projects Done :-
    ** Airtel : AMCs for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andra Pradesh.
    ** ROHA : Transportation, import and site management.
    ** IndusInd Bank : Transportation, reverse logistics.
    ** Wipro : Solar Megawatt Project. Documentation, Transportation, reverse logistics.

    Delivery Management and Service Excellence :-
    ** Co-ordination and planning for dispatches, installations and retrofits as per schedule. Preparing and presenting scheduled reports.
    ** Assist in identification and tabulation of QCDs.
    ** Preparation of WBS and Budgetary projections.
    ** Grooming of people for all critical roles and Backup.
