Job Description: The incumbent will be expected to undertake projects for isolation and purification of desired proteins from large volumes of human biological fluids. The work would involve from process planning to execution.
Qualification and other Requirements: M.Sc or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or Related field with 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience. The candidate is expected to be proficient in protein isolation and purification tools. The incumbent must have thorough knowledge and experience in protein chemistry, protein isolation and purification from large volumes of human biological fluids and validation, protein refolding and process design. The applicant should have publications in international journals as an evidence of his/her expertise in recombinant protein technologies.

Quality Control Manager
Job Description: The team leader would be responsible for quality control programmes related to the production of antibodies, cell derived antigens and recombinant proteins. The responsibilities would include establishing and monitoring of quality control programmes, assay methods and IPQC parameters. Qualification and other Requirements: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Immunology, or Life Sciences with 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience working especially in the quality control department. The candidate must be proficient in quality control programmes related to IPQC, assay methods, and regulatory requirements. Hands on experience in FACS, BIACORE based assays, protein purification activities, IPQC and product stability studies.
