Project Profile :
1. A Hybrid Wind-Solar Energy Distributed Generation System For Domestic Applications
Description : This project proposes a Hybrid wind-solar energy Distributed Generation system for domestic application.It has been designed to supply continuous power to the load.This hybrid system allows maximum utilization of freely available renewable energy sources.Due to the intermittent nature, there is a limited output power from either wind or solar.Hence inorder to ensure continuous power flow,a battery back up is added to the system. Hence this system under any operating condition will ensure a minimum power flow to the load.A Multilevel inverter is designed in the proposed system to generate output voltages with very low distortion .The proposed system is attractive for being environmental friendly.
