Conceptualisation Of design.
Preparing Initial, final and presentation drawings.
Preparing bill of Quantities, Tender Documents and Drawing for the entire Project.
Frequent site visits for coordination of work and resolving on site problems.
Designing & Detailing of Master plans & Layout plans based on the Concept designs .
Setting out design requirements, guidelines in terms of saleable areas.
Provide information with regards to preparation of Budget/Cost estimates of the building construction.

Desired Profile :
Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience of 9-12 years.
Good knowledge of designing commercial malls.
Experience 9 - 12 Years
