Here I am working as a production Supervisor for the production of good solar cell to increase the efficiency by managing the Process Parameters .Sucessfully we have achieved an efficiency of 16.5 %. We are using line process with machines like LCL , ACID TEXTURE , DOPER, DIFFUSION, EDGE ISOLATION, PECVD,PRINTER,FIRING FURNACE, AG-LIP, CELL SORTER Etc.

Offline instruments used in INDOSOLAR :-
- SHUNTMETER to analyze shunting of solar cell.
- CORE SCAN to measure the Contact Resistance.
- QUAD PROBE to measure Sheet Resistance.
- ELLIPSOMETER to measure the Thickness and Refractive Index of Silicon Nitride(ARC) coating.
Looking for the production of solar cell with good Efficiency using SPC also the documentation necessary for IMS(Integral Management System).Also taking care of process parameters of all the m/c necessary for good efficiency.

P-doper & Diffusion :
1) Looking after the Process parameters of the P-doper & Diffusion of the fully automated m/c by SCHMID Technologies of Germany.
2) Certified Training undergone by Steve Skipper of Sierratherm, Germany for Process & operation of the Diffusion Furnace.
3) Training for Design & Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Error Analysis) has been given by Dr.Bhutia for types of failure that take place in the process & design of m/c.
4) Having experience in Project & commissioning of m/c ‘s as I have installed 80 MW of line.
5) Training regarding Operation & Process of the wet benches m/c (TEXTURE, P-DOPER,PSG and AG-LIP) had been given by THOMAS BARTH of Schmid group.

Responsibilities : Manufacturing of Multi crystalline Wafers in HEM (Heat exchange method) furnace, in this furnace we melt silicon above its melting point (up to 1550) and after cooling we make poly crystalline silicon ingot.
After this we cut the ingot in Bricks using Band Saw machine and then we make wafers of size 156 and 125 mm using WIRE SAW machine having thickness around 225 micron.

3) Experience in PV Module production :-
Also having good experience in Module manufacturing line. Here we manufacture PV modules of 8 watts, 10 watts, 12 watts, 18 watts, 37 watts, 75 watts, 120 Watts etc. I am able to start Module manufacturing plant for solar PV modules using Different Machines Like SUN SIMULATOR, LAMINATOR etc.
In this unit we uses different process like Tabbing, Stringing, Bus Bar connection, Layup of string with EVA and TEDLAR, Lamination, Curing, Sun SIMULATION, Junction Box Fixing etc

- I have worked with Maharishi Solar Tech. Pvt. Ltd, Mrutyunjayapuram (V), B.N. Kandriga (fieldM), Chittoor District, A.P – 517640.There I was working as a Production Engineer for Polysilicon Semiconductor and PV modules
