- Role & Responsibility :
- Work according to the process & procedures defined by the company and follow the instruction of the leader.
- Perform the work at client’s sites as decided by company.
- Responsible for checking incoming raw material ensuring it is matching to the seal sample.
- Over viewing pilot run / pre-production trial for every style at initial stage of bulk production to make sure the factory follow all comments advised by customer.

- To ensure outcome production should be as per customer’s defined standard and factory using correct labelling & packing as requested on official order or in customer manual if any.

- Role & Responsibility :
- Ensure timely placement of material as per the orders and co-ordinate with Purchase and other department for material availability. Co-ordination amongst various areas of production and maintenance. Ensuring that the system should be on line. Co-ordinate with quality control deptt. for monitoring quality in line.

- Checking of shipment prior to dispatch from the factory premises in order to ensure all cartons are properly labelled, sealed and fully filled as per the customer’s requirement.
- Arranging with each factory AQL inspection before ex-factory date. Reporting to UK technologist about AQL inspection with AQL reports

- Responsible for performing calibration of lab equipment (In-house or out side) physical maintenance.
- To ensure that the sample are sent to the outer agency for testing according to customer request. Co-ordination with vendors for the purchase of new equipments & calibration. To carry out tasks as assigned by the management.
- Preparation of yearly budget for lab. To co-ordinate, the process schedules and work accountabilities with concerned department. To check the samples according to the specific standards. All the tools are preceded as per the specified standard.
