Job Summary : The Lead Instructional designer is responsible to analyze customer need, conceive learning solutions and interface with complimentary practices to execute the solution.
Responsibilities include :

Support Business Development through consultative engagement with customers
Analyze the business and learning requirements of the customer and create programs
Engage with the customer to understand the learning context
Conceptualize creative design solutions to learning problems
Communicate design/solution to stakeholders and the execution team
Review and support product development
Create appropriate development processes in order to build the ability to scale within the team
Mentor senior and junior instructional designers in the team
Desired Profile : This is a leadership role that demands an approach of problem solving applying sound methodologies for developing learning solutions. The candidate should ideally have significant experience developing content on a wide range of topics, and also in working with customers through a consultative manner.

Knowledge :
Knowledge of instructional design theories
Sound knowledge of the training business, business and focus on performance
Generalist understanding of how businesses determine priorities, specifically training priorities
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Leadership skills.
Ability to get the big picture by just scanning through content
Ability to extrapolate when there are gaps in information
Customer facing skills, abilities to conduct events.
Strong team working skills to operate effectively in multi-functional teams

Attitude :
Candidate should be able to deal with and relate with people at different levels
Balanced and mature

Qualifications :
Masters degree from reputed institutions in communication, design, literature, cognitive psychology and/or
Any Degree with prior experience in content creation.

Experience : 5-9+ years of work experience. Portfolio of over 50 medium to large e-learning projects, Independent exposure to Customer. Independently conducts Training / Analysis Events
Teaching experience or corporate training experience preferred.

Responsibilities included: assembling the raw footage, screen play,
outlining of footage, image manipulation and color corrsction.
Responsible for the transfer of the camera shots into high format video
tape. Gather uncut rushes and sounds store them and synchronize them
into files of computer accordingly. Determine the sequence of the film by
cutting files digitally and use the usable part in the film.
