Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Education Department has published job notification to recruit 2512 Teachers (Primary) and Teachers (Primary-Urdu) for the Schools of M.C.D .

Applications are invited from desirous candidates, who fulfill the eligibility conditions of the post concerned, for engement as Teachers on contract basis for a short period upto 06/08/2010 or till the select list is received from DSSSB whichever is earlier, on a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.9500/-.

Eligibility :

Educational Qualification :

Intermediate or Senior Secondary ( 10+2) or equivalent with 50% from recognized University / Institute / Board ( 45% marks for SC/ST/PH)

B.EI.Ed from recognized institute or two year Diploma / Certificate in ETE / JBT

Candidates who are applying for post of Teacher (Primary) should have Hindi as a subject at Secondary level and Urdu as subject at Secondary level for the candidates who are applying for Teacher (Primary-Urdu)

Desirable : Knowledge of Computer and English

Age : Between 20 to 27 years

Selection Process : It is based on Merit. 50 Marks for best five subjects in Senior secondary or equivalent. 50 Marks for ETE / JBT / B.EI.Ed or equivalent).

Remuneration : Rs. 9,500 per month

Duly filled in application form in the prescribed format alongwith attested copies of certificates and documents in support of educational qualifications & age should reach the office of Deputy Education Officer in the various Zonal Offices on or before 06/08/2010 by 5.00 PM through registered post/speed post only.

Qualification : Senior Secondary (10+2) or intermediate or its equivalent with 50% marks from a recognised Board/ University/ Institute and in case of SC/ST/PH with 45% marks. (ii) Two years Diploma/Certificate Course in ETE/JBT or B.El.Ed. from recognised institution. (iii) Must have passed Hindi or Urdu as a subject at Secondary Level.,

Age : 20-27 years
