Preparing Time Base Maintenance Schedules and History data sheets for all Equipment and Check sheet Schedule in TPM Format by TPM Methodology.
Preparing reports and documents of the whole department in conformity with QS- 9000.
MIS REPORTS :
Preparing MIS report at the end of the month and MMM (Monthly Manufacturing Meeting) Review with Manufacturing Head with all inter-connected departments like Engineering, Production, Technical, Planning & Quality Assurance.
BREAKDOWN & UTILIZATION IMPROVEMENT :
Daily Morning Meeting with Manufacturing Head with Engg, Prod, Planning, safety and Discussion about Break down, PM, safety related issues and the action to be taken about break down and utilization improvement.
Daily Tracking about Breakdown in Min, Compound scrap, machine stoppages.
Analytical approach to collect the data for review of breakdown.

1) RECOGNIZED BY TOP MANAGEMENT AND RECEIVED AN APPRECIATION LETTER AND CERTIFICATE FOR THE PROJECT work Material Handling Equipment, on up gradation and saved Rs. 80,000 and took the Material loading related work to zero.
2) INCREASE THE PRODUCTION BY NUMBER OF CUTS by some modification from 14 cuts/min to 18 cuts/min in Bias Cutter mc.
3) IMPLEMENTED ‘KNOW YOUR MACHINE CONCEPT’ among operators and reduced breakdown ratio from 3% to 1.5% by monitoring and tracking daily breakdown abnormalities.
4) DECREASE THE RUBBER LEAKAGE From 100 kg/Day to 25 kg/Day to Machine related, now controlling rubber leakage below 25 kg/day and continuous improving in rubber leakage for eliminate the issue for cost saving.
5) An ACTIVE MEMBER OF CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM (CFT) and implemented some kaizens (includes MHE up gradation) and able to increase the productivity almost double, and reduce the SET UP changes very minimum.
