Description :
In a typical government organization file moves from department to department or section to section and some time file moves across different outside organizations to record various comments, suggestions, reviews and feedback, which is very important to take any decision. As the number of sections or departments grows or the numbers of files are enormous, then it is very difficult to physically track the where about of the files, and it becomes more difficult or nightmare in an emergency situation. Considerable amount manual data entries in file in/out registers are maintained, however, the result is not very satisfactory.
This Win-Fits will keep track of movements of any file in various departments. Apart from keeping track of files there are few innovative and advanced features, which are built into the system to help achieve smooth file management processes, thereby increasing the productivity and efficiency of the work processes.
Responsibility :
- Preparation of SRS and design documents for the application.
- System development and preparation of the test cases.
- Unit level testing and System testing.

Description :
The Field Programmable Gate Array is a tool that anything we design we can implemented on this. The Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter is designed which is for the communication between two device by parallel communication that could faster the transfer of file and data. By the help of Xilinx the entire project is done. The machine state diagrams are prepared then implement the desired code for it. By the help of MATLAB we designed the machine state diagrams.
