ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF
The CTSA, Central Tibetan Schools Administration, an autonomous organization under the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India invites applications for filling up of following vacancies at CTSA H.Qr Delhi and its schools spread all over India.
The last date of receipt of application shall be 30 days from the date of its publication in the Employment News.

1. Principal Grade-I
PB-3; Rs.15600-39100; GP-Rs.7600
01 (Reserved for OBC) 45-years relaxation up to five years in case of employees of Central/State Govt or Central/state autonomous/statutory educational organizations

Essential Qualifications
A. Educational
a) Master’s Degree from a recognized University in one of the subjects taught in CTSA schools with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade b) B. Ed. or equivalence teaching degree from a recognized University.
B. Experience
Persons holding analogous posts or post of Principal on regular basis in the pay scale of Rs. 10000-15200/- (pre revised) in Central/State Govt. or Central/State autonomous/statutory educational organization or recognized educational institutions.
OR
Vice Principal/Asstt. Education Officer in the pay scale of Rs. 7500-12000/- (pre revised) on regular basis with at least 06 years service in Central/State Govt. or Central/State autonomous/statutory educational organizations or recognized educational institutions
OR
Persons working in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- (pre revised) with at least 8 years experience as Post Graduate Teacher/Headmaster (MS) or equivalent on regular basis service in Central/State Govt. or Central/State autonomous/Statutory educational organizations or recognized educational institutions.

Desirable:
1. Experience of working in CBSE affiliated Residential schools.
2. Experience in organizing sport and games meets, Exhibitions and other co-curricular activities.
3. Experience as Resource Person/Director in organizing In-Service courses/workshops/seminars etc.
4. Knowledge in computer operation & Financial management in a school.
5. Knowledge of Tibetan Culture & Traditions.

2. Principal Grade-II/Vice Principal
PB-3; Rs.15600-39100; GP-Rs.5400

01 (UR)

45 years relaxation up to five years in case of employees of Central/Statutory Govt/or autonomous/stationary educational organizations

Essential Qualifications:
A. Educational
(a) Master’s Degree from a recognized University in one of the subjects taught in CTSA schools with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grades from a recognized university.
(b) B. Ed or equivalent teaching degree from a recognized university.
B. Experience
5 years teaching experience in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- (pre revised) in the grade of Post Graduate Teacher or Headmaster (Middle School) in Central/State Govt. or Central/State autonomous/statutory educational organizations or recognized educational institutions with equivalent grade.

Desirable :
(a) Experience in organizing sports and games, meet, exhibition and other co-curricular activities.
(b) Knowledge of computer operation.
(c) Knowledge of financial management of school.
(d) Knowledge of Tibetan culture & Tradition.

3. Post Graduate Teacher (English)
PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4800/-

40 years relaxation up to five years in case of employees of CTSA, Central/State Govt/or autonomous/stationary educational organization

Essential qualification:
A. Essential
a) Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university in English with 50% marks.
b) Bachelor’s degree in Education from a recognized university.
Desirable:
(a) Experience of working in residential school.
(b) Knowledge of computer application/operation and Tibetan culture.

4.Technical Officer
PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-(the grade pay is under upward revision)
01 Posts

On deputation basis

56 years

By deputation from amongst the officers in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000/- (pre -revised) with the following qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience in handling plans of buildings, estimates of construction/maintenance etc. preferably in CPWD/PWD officers/autonomous bodies financed by Central Govt. Ability to present cases and interpret statistics progress report.
Desirable:
Knowledge of computer operation.

5 Lower Division Clerk

(03) 02 reserved for OBC & 01 UR

18-27 years relaxable up to 40 years in the case of employees of CTSA and Central Govt./Central autonomous bodies.

Educational and other qualifications required:
1. Senior Secondary or equivalent from any recognized Board.
2. Minimum speed of 30 w.p.m. in English Typewriting or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi.
3. Knowledge of computer operations.

Note: 1.Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex service men will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules.
