Employment Notice No. 10(16)/2010-STPI

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is providing Statutory Services to the exporters under
STP/EHTP scheme and also extending infrastructural facilities including High Speed Internet and
IPLC links. STPI at present has 51 centers at different locations in the country.
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for following S&T and non S&T posts given
below for Delhi (HQ). The vacancies are proposed to be filled-up by Direct Recruitment on contract
basis for a period of three years which is likely to be regularized/extended/terminated depending
upon the performance of the candidate during contract service. Those working in
Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Societies, who apply through proper channel and get selected, could be
considered for appointment on immediate transfer (absorption) basis :

Assistant [Member Admn. Staff A-IV] 1 Post
Technical Assistant [Member Technical Support Staff ES-IV] 1 post
Assistant [Member Admn. Staff A-III] 2 Post
Assistant [Member Admn. Staff A-II] 1 Post

Note :- Relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH is admissible as per Govt. of India order.
Essential Qualification and Experience

Post Code - DA-04
Direct Recruitment : Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent with three (3) years post
qualification experience in the field of Personnel / Administration/ Finance.
Desirable : Diploma in Personnel / Finance / Marketing / Purchase Management. Working
experience in similar S&T organization.
Transfer (absorption) : Person working in analogous post in Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous bodies on
regular basis
OR
Assistants / Jr. Assistants working in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 and having three (3) years regular
service in the grade.
OR
UDCs working in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 with six (6) years regular service in the grade.

Essential Qualification and Experience
Direct Recruitment : First Division in Diploma / B.C.A./ B.Sc. in the related field or possessing
DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate.

Post Code - DA-03
Direct Recruitment : Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent with two (2) years post
qualification experience in the field of personnel / administration / finance.
Desirable : Diploma in Personnel / Finance / Marketing / Purchase Management. Working
experience in similar S&T organization.
Transfer (absorption) : Persons working on analogous post in Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous bodies on
regular basis
OR
UDC or equivalent working in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies on regular basis in the
Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- and having three (3) years regular service in the grade.

Post Code - DA-02
Direct Recruitment :
Essential : Graduate from a recognized university.
Desirable : Working experience of two (2) years and having working knowledge of computer.
Transfer (absorption) :Persons working on analogous post in Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous bodies on
regular basis
OR
LDC’s working in the Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- and having five (5) years regular service in the grade.

GENERAL :
Candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria may send their applications complete in all
respects in the prescribed proforma (Annexure) alongwith the attested copies of certificates
relating to qualifications, date of birth, experience certificate, caste certificate etc. by the last date
of receipt of application to the Chief Administrative Officer, STPI, Electronics Niketan, 6, CGO
Complex, New Delhi-110 003 alongwith an application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only)
by Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order (laying six months validity) in favour of ‘Software Technology
Parks of India’, payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to
SC/ST/PH category. Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
Persons working in Central/ State Government/PSUs/Autonomous organizations and desirous of
applying on Transfer (absorption) basis may send their applications through proper channel
alongwith photocopies of ACRs of the last five years duly attested and vigilance/disciplinary
clearance. Applications received directly shall not be entertained.

Last Date of receipt of applications : Within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement in the
newspaper.
