Job Description
Day-to-day execution of Import & Export documentation, coordinate/liaisoning with customers, invoice against Export order based on FOB rates, LCs, clearances, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
BCom. with diploma in Export-Imports and an experience of 7-10 years in similar function.
Should have knowledge of import and export related procedures, existing customs duty structure, clearance procedures, container handling for international trade as well as knowledge of shipping and airfreight, etc.

Universal Trading Co; a Division of RAMA PETROCHEMICALS LTD; in Mumbai in their Logistics Division having our own fleet of more than 165 Tank Lorries with our Head Office in Mumbai & Branch Offices in Baroda, Mangalore, Cochin, Hyderabad & Vishakapatnam, Our main clients were Mc Dowell & Co Ltd, Mysore Petrochemicals Ltd, Ambuja Petrochemicals Ltd, Cheminar Drugs Ltd, Dr.Reddys Laboratories Ltd., to name a few.
JOB PROFILE : included loading of Company Owned Tank Lorries from various destinations viz: Bombay Port Trust / Mangalore Port / Kandla Port from Vessels to Barge, Barge to Tankers, also loading Tankers from HPCL, BPCL, RCFL, IPCL, IOC, MRPL… & dispatching them to various destinations in all over India to various factories with whom we had contracts.
