Description
1) Experience in channel / retail business – Business Planning & Analysis.
2) Preparation of forecast & variance analysis.
3) Managing sales promotional activities / partner rebate programs- ensuring accurate computation & verification & release of payouts.
5) Month close activities – work with finance to track budgets vs. actual spend related to sales promotion, verification of data by 3rd party vendor.
6) Analysis of key metrics for business performance.
7) Work with accounting team to understand accounting implications for business models.
9) Interaction with regional teams on a regular basis.
10) Weekly review of channel inventory.
11) Interaction with senior management for reviews & updates.
12) Management Rep letter & CSA’s
13) Drive and implement process improvement oppurtunities and recommend improvements on existing process.
14) Perform adhoc business group analysis and recommend actions based on analysis

Technical Skills

3) Sound Accounting / Financial Concepts
4) Good Communication Skills

Qualifications
MBA / Chartered Accountant / / CFA with 6 to 8 years of work experience.
