Description
A technical resource with 10 + years overall IT experience in Microsoft technologies with at least one full cycle implementation.

Must Have
1. Scalable and should be able to pick up on any technology. Experience in .NET Design & Development.
2. Good Knowledge in Asp.Net. and Web services. Database Programming such as PL/SQL etc
3. Should be experienced in Performance Monitoring, DB Tuning and Query Tuning.
4. Should have knowledge of Database Programming such as PL/SQL etc
5. Exposure to XML/XSLT and any one EAI tool(Biztalk or Aqualogic).
6. Microsoft .Net 3.5, Exposure to WWF,WCF and WPF would be an added advantage.
7. Exposure to enterprise applications preferable.
8. Microsoft C# and good OOPS knowledge is a must.
9. Good trouble shooting skills - debugging skills in MS SQL Server DB and .Net.
10. Extremely good communication skills

Good logical analysis and problem solving skills.

Desirable
Exposure to Requirements gathering and direct interation with clients.
Exposure to Windows and Web services.

5) To follow the processes set up by the Dell IT for software engineering.

Home guard security project basically contain three project Sound level indicator, Smoke alarm & Over load protector. During project time work my work responsibility is to complete circuit smoke alarm.
The smoke alarm circuit presented hare is based on the readily photon-coupled interrupt module and timer IC NE555.The photon interrupts module is used sa the smoke detector while timer 555 is used in a stable configuration as an of oscillator for sound alarm via a loudspeaker.

The “Digital soil moisture tester” is used to check whether the soil is dry or wet.it can also be used to check the dryness or wetness of cotton,woolen,and woven fabrics. For indication ,the tester useless a number of LEDs driven by ubiquitous display driver IC LM3915.The display panel shows the relative magnitude of conductance between the two test probes. When these are inserted in soil the resistivity of soil very from 0 to 5 kilo-ohms ,when using trim pot VR1 ,set resistance to zero(0) LED1 should glow.
