Description
Engineering lead for the program

Owns all engineering deliverables (Build releases, publications, issue dispositioning, etc)
Impact Analysis of new features and identification of design change requests relevant to Dell products
Drive and support extended team and core team functions to meet the deliverables of the program.
Creates the engineering functional plan in response to the marketing requirement document.
Issue management and dispositioning of all open defects.
Create the test strategy and initiate discussions for the test effort
Single point of contact for Microsoft ORT

Drive Microsoft bugs for closure through regular interactions/follow up with Microsoft engineering teams.
Drive Microsoft to accept Dell submitted design changes.
Track the Builds released by Microsoft and share with internal engineering teams as required.
Mentor/Coach all other engineers on the team

Support team/organization initiatives

Seek ways to improve customer experience through white paper and best article publications

Qualification
[LIST][*][*]Should have a BE or MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or Information Science.[*]Should have at least 8 years of relevant work experience[*]Should have thorough experience in end to end product development and release.[*]Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging windows Operating System and/or Server Hardware.[*]Should have an experience in leading a good size team and coaching the team to develop engineering skills.[*]Should have experience in IA32/EM64T based enterprise Server Hardware. Exposure to Dell hardware is preferred[*]Knowledge of Windows NT/2000/2003 Internals will be plus[*]Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills . Experience in an environment of distributed Engineering teams would be an added advantage.[*]Preferably have experience with software development cycle and hands-on experience on creating/using test plans, test cases and defect tracking systems[*]Experience in writing technical white papers would be a plus[/LIST]

- Maintaining the connectivity of local LAN and also the connectivity between LAN and WAN of GAIL India Ltd. through OFC.
- Maintaining the telecom net work through OFC between Vizag and Secunderabad.
- Maintaining the SDH system. This consists of Fibre based Synchronous Digital Hierarchy STM-1/STM-4 equipment, which will aggregate the traffic from smaller locations.
- Maintaining the DWDM system. The DWDM and SDH nodes will be managed through a common Network Management System (NMS).
- Maintaining the STM-16 system The STM-16 systems installed in GAIL Solenoid Valve (SV) Stations. In SV Stations we have maintained Telecom network through OFC.

Project Title “Mobile Controlled Robot”

Project Description Aim of this project will working on the basis of GSM technology and DTMF technology. The remote location Robot is controlled by means of the cell phone. The GSM receiver at the Robot is connected to the DTMF receiver through the audio interface circuit. The DTMF decoder decodes the received signal and generates the different levels of signals. Depending on the input signals the controller generates output signals which drives the relay drivers, so that we can control the motors.
