Presently, working with JayBee Simplex Consortium, Rig- Chinese Electrical - ZJ50 Under Oil India limited. Duliajan. (From 05 January to till date in loc HSX in PHPA mud
At there I faced various problem like-
A. Faced problem of heavy cement contamination after 3rd (9 5/8) csg.(Cementing) was done. While running in bit for drilling cement top was observed 90 meter. above casing shoe. This problem was solved by adding NaHCO3 and water in mud.
B. Fishing took placed at depth 2498 meter. While using TCR Bit tried to match on the string but failed. Then tried to engage overshoot with fish top which was successful as circulation was established. Tried to up but heavy drag observed & decided to do OIL SPOTING which was done successfully by pumping 140 barrels of LWC with 5% Pipelex.
C. Faced problem of MUD CUT at depth of 3900 meter. While drilling it was observed that the pump pressure had gone down to 1400 psi from 2200 psi. Looked for gas kick but failed to find any. Mud Wt. viscosity and surface pressure were also found to be ok. It was decided to pull out without using Rotary table. After P/O MUD CUT was observed at a depth of 3000 meter.
D. While drilling at a depth of 4587 meter. Using PDC bit took place again. Tried to match on the string but failed. Pull out was done and various types of overshoot were tried but failed. Then decided to run impression block for fish top impression. Mailing was done and overshoot were tried again but failed to catch the fish. So, plugged the hole at 3700 meter. (3rd casing 9 5/8 ) by Cementing and blocked the conductor casing (20”) at 150 meter.
E. Faced Mud loss at Loc: TX-Mechaki-II (Dholla), While final circulation was given for 9 5/8” CSG at a depth of 4290 meter. It observed that there was low mud flow from Riser nipple. Measured tank depth every 20 min. interval. It was found that total 344 bbl. of Mud loss. Decided 2% LCM (Mica flakes) pill pumped with 142 bbl of Mud. Also prepared 900 bbl of fresh Mud for displaced. And Pill was work good.
F. Faced gas kick at Loc: DGA (Barekuri) while pull out. Observed SIDPP 700 to 500psi and CICP 600 to 450 psi. Killed the well by 83pcf of mud. The well depth was 4025mtr.
