RECRUITMENT IN SAIL-ISP-BURNPUR & ITS COLLIERIES.

SAIL, a Maharatna Company is India’s largest steel producer with an annual turnover of around Rs.50,000 Crore. It
operates and owns one of it’s integrated steel plant at Burnpur. The Company is implementing a massive expansion plan
involving a modernized plant at Burnpur and Collieries..
IISCO STEEL PLANT is looking for competent experienced personnel for recruitment to the following posts :

Asstt. Teacher (Trainee) 17 posts
Surveyor (Land) 1 posts
Surveyor (Mining) (Trainee) 2 posts
Overman (Trainee) 4 posts
Mining Sirdar (Trainee) 9 posts
Electrician (Trainee) - Diploma in Electrical Engg. 10 posts
Winding Engine Operator(Trainee) 2 posts
Attendant-cum-Technician 100 posts
Operator-cum-Technician 200 posts

Application Fees and Postage Charges( Non-refundable) :
SC/ST/PWD : Rs.50/-
All others : 250/

How to Apply :
1) Interested eligible candidates should apply giving full particulars in PRESCRIBED FORMAT
only as indicated along side and shall attach necessary attested copies of certificates and
testimonials for proof of Age, Qualification, Experience etc, along with passport size recent
photographs duly signed at the back of the photograph. Same photograph should be affixed for
the entire process of recruitment and selection whenever required. Application must be filled
in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS IN ENGLISH ONLY.
2) Applications must accompany the prescribed application fees and postal charges by a Cross
Demand Draft only as mentioned above.
3) Application complete in all respect must reach at POST BOX No. 2508 Post Office Karol
Bagh, New Delhi- 110005 latest by 31/7/2010 through ordinary post only. Application
received other than ordinary post will not be accepted in any case. If applications are sent
through courier / registered post, the same will not be accepted. Envelope containing the
application should clearly superscribed with ‘Application for the post of
_____________________________‘ . The application received after the due date will not be
accepted.
4) The decision of SAIL-ISP, Burnpur in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, rejection
of the application, issue of call letters, mode of selection, conduct of written test, allotment of
examination centre, interview, verification of testimonials and selection will be final and
binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this
connection.
