Role Title : Project Manager - High rise residential
Experience Sought : 15 - 18 years
Educational Qualifications : BE(Civil)/Diploma(Civil)
Location(s) of the Role : Chennai
Candidate Profile : Project Manager is responsible for overall progress and smooth running of the Project, under guidelines from Project Coordinator. He will supervise, inspect and monitor the project for Time, Cost and Quality at all levels. He will initiate for weekly Progress review meetings and all other meetings as required time to time along with Contractors, Client and various other Consultants / Agencies. He also keeps track of the communications related to various issues raised in the project. He will be the single point communication for various agencies involved in the project and the Client's representatives. He will report to the Project Coordinator. He is authorized Representative of SYConE to receive and issue Site Instructions relating to the project assigned.
- Candidate should have good experience in executing high rise residential projects
- Exposure in civil,MEP & interior aspects of high rise residential projects is essential
- Knowledge on design management & construction management
- Exposure in PMC is preferred
- Good communication skills / computer knowledge
- Good leadership qualities
