Candidate Profile : Planning Engineer is responsible for Time component of the Project. He is responsible for formulation of Master Construction Program for the project with guidelines from Project Manager. He is also responsible for the formulation of MIS & other status reports. He will assist the Project Manager in day to day activities & follow-ups, and act accordingly with instructions from the Project Manager. This includes all communications from inter-office departments
- Prepare & update master construction schedule & review the schedule submitted by vendor
- Track the schedule with actual dates on weekly basis
- Monitor project progress status Vs. scheduled & report to Project Manager
- Prepare & circulate weekly & monthly reports after approval from Project Manager
- Documentation of all correspondence / submittals
- Monitor actual resources Vs. scheduled & report to Project Manager
- Good communication skills / computer knowledge
