Responsibilities:

[LIST][*]Identifying potential clients in the US market and initiating business.[*]Business Development through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Internet searches[*]Account Management[*]Identifying potential candidates through existing database.[*]Validating the profiles as per the clients’ requirements.[*]Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates.[*]Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet clients’ requirements.[*]Liasioning between the clients and candidates for various issues.[*]Correspondence with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.[/LIST]
These positions are all working in Night Shift as per U.S. timings. Personal Attributes:

[LIST][*]The Candidate must have Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills.[*]Excellent phone presentation skills and a broad understanding of the IT market space.[*]Understanding and exposure to various software technologies.[*]Prospecting and negotiating skills.[*]Self-starter who can work independently.[/LIST]
