    Responsibilities:

    [LIST][*]To monitor and evaluate the current recruiting process[*]Implement the Test plans to ascertain quality in recruiting processes[*]Monitor deviations in processes and make recommendations[*]Analyze the processes and suggest areas for improvement in avoiding redundancy and effectiveness.[/LIST]
    These positions are all working in Night Shift as per U.S. timings.
    Key skills:

    [LIST][*]Need a person preferably with Statistical analysis experience or having experience with Quality measurement/ Quality testing / Process training / Good analytical skills / Process Oriented Approach[/LIST]
