Job Description :

Experience in preparation of QA Manuals, Operating Procedure Manuals

Qualified as per ASNT certification for MT/ PT

Experienced in standard inspection practises of in-process inspection, preparation of procedures for Pnematic, Hydro testing, Knowledge of surface finish requirements & asthetics of the equipments.

Knowledge of Heat treatment, documentation, calibration of furnace etc.

Experience in formulating QC plans based on customer specs, codes and good engineereing practice.

Awareness of IBR code, preparation of QC plans, Liasoning with IBR

Liasoning with third party surveyors

Planning of periodic certification/ recertification of inspection equipment / instruments

Systematic documentation as per standard spec or customer spec.

Familiarity with ISO 9000, 14000, ASME Code stamping. OHSAS 18000 added advantage.

Training of subordinates to create a team

Desired Profile :

Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years or Diploma with 10+ years Experience in the fabrication or any relevant industries experienced candidates who will be willing to relocate to Wada (Thane Dist. Mumbai). Ideal candidate should be having high energy and self motivating and target mind set to complete upcoming fabrication project.

- Stage wise inspection of Crane Girder, Column, Roof Girder, Floor Beam, Bracing, Purlin, Roof Trusses Column, LR Beam, TR Beam & other Member.
- Conducting stage inspection of fabricated mechanical structure.
- Inspection of incoming raw materials & review of MTC.
- Preparation check list of mechanical structure & Non Destructive Examination Report.
- Preparation of surface & Painting inspection report according to QAP.
- Organizing 5S for safe working environment in the plant & Member of Safety Team.
- Maintaining consumable, Oven, Calibrating Instrument Log Book.
- Daily updating the progress & monitoring the schedule.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 :2008, 14001 & 18001.
- To Reviewing of Welding procedure specification (WPS, PQR & WPQ).
- Raise Non-conformance report (NCR)/Field Inspection Report (FIR) where applicable and ensure satisfactory close out.
- For each size randomly dimensional Inspection carried out for Length, Width, and Thickness, Visual Defects & Preparation of Final Inspection Report.
- Attending weekly meeting for production & quality improvement with contractor.
