Job Description :

Familiar with manufacturing (Fabrication / Machining ) and heat treatment practices of process equipment. Familiarity of international Codes and practices like ASME, BS, NACE, Shell requirements etc.

Should be able to co-ordinate with third party/ IBR inspection agencies.

Systematic documentation & periodic record keeping for final documentation

Should have worked in a workshop employing 50 + workers or with a reputed third party inspection agency.

Desired Profile :

Graduate Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineer 5+ Years or Diploma with 8+ years hands on experience in the fabrication or any relevant industries experienced candidates who will be willing to relocate to Wada (Thane Dist. Mumbai). Ideal candidate should be having high energy and self motivating, good communication and service oriented mind set.

- Mounting a Shell & Tube type heat exchanger at the exhaust of I.C.Engine.
- Used to heat the water through heat recovered up to 60° C to 80° C.
- Dumped heat that still can be reused.
- Can operate at 315° C with 60% to 80% heat recovery.

- Overall product development using CAD,CAE/Ideas software in co-ordination with
R & D Lab & Protoshop.

- Studying of the older design from Metaphase & implementing the changes if required.
