Job Description:
Microbiological analysis of RM, In process, FG, Water testing, Enviromental monitoring, Sterility & swab test, Bioberden of packing materials, Operation & calibration of instruments, Documentation

•Ensure quality control process execution for all RM,PM,FG & Inprocess materials

•Ensure compliance to quality in all process flow as per set frequency

•Calibration & Microbial Analysis of Power, Water, Inprocess materials, Air exposure, Swab test etc

Desired Profile:
Candidates should be B.Sc. or M.Sc (Microbilogy) with the experience of minimum 2 yrs in Pharma / Biotech / Health care / Medical / R&D / FMCG.

•Ensuring compliance to HACCP/ISO and GMP in plant and implementing the same effectively. Skill hand in handling all microbiological instruments

Project Management & Product Development
- Co-ordination in preparation and finalisation project plans/schedules, engineering designs / drawings and technical specifications for Automotive Propeller Shaft & components Design for Domestic & International Clients.
