* To manage, plan and resource the project IN ORDER TO meet project deliverables in accordance to contract requirement with respect to time, quality and cost.
* To direct and control the estimating function IN ORDER TO secure new work that will enable the business to achieve its turnover.
* To develop and prepare the annual strategy plan for the civil operations unit IN ORDER TO achieve the overall business objectives of the Company.
* To interact and engage with external parties (industry associations, business and government committees) IN ORDER TO enhance the reputation of the Company and facilitate the growth of the business.
* Motivate the project team and ensure implementation of Company systems & procedures, Quality and HSE management plans in the projects.
