5)Predictive & Preventive ,Proactive Maintenance & Operation of
a) 33KVSwitchyard,5MVA b)Transformer(33/0.66KV),1.6MVA(6.6/0.440KV),&1MVA(6.6/0.440KV).

Responsibility :-
- Installation and Commissioning
- Preparing layouts for the project as per the process and materials flow needs.
- Preparation preliminary site layout drawing of all equipments.

Maintenance and Trouble shooting :
- Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance, overhauling, repair schedule of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability.
- Proactively identifying areas of obstruction, break downs and taking corrective steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.
- Ensuring all the machineries work efficiently by conducting timely checks and measures.
- Under take periodic checking and maintenance of electrical machines, panels & switchgear.
- Attend breakdowns in plant.
- Identifying problems of equipments that may cause interruption in smooth running of plant.
- Conducts preventive maintenance as per planning.
- Carryout modifications to minimized downtime & increase efficiency of system.
- Prepare daily report, remarks and equipment history.
- Dealing with integrated materials management system.

- Regular updation of stocks of spare materials for electrical maintenance.

- Overhauling the circuit breaker of 11KV incomer panel,1000kva OG panel and 750KVA OG panel along with Closing and tripping circuits of the breakers.
- Complete renovation of 3nos of 20 Tonne and one10 Tonne crane in foundry ,machine shop and scrap breaking yard .
- Servicing of Transformers with Oil filtration and other tests like BDV ,IR,MEGGER TESTS,leakage arrested in different parts of the 50 years old transformers with third party.
- All the distribution panels, and LT panels Inspection along with necessary works along with suitable tests.
- Renovated 600KW Induction furnace panel with its cooling systems along with their respective heat exchangers.
- LG Screw compressor with 100HP motor and Dis Air 10.5kg/Sq.cm - OIL servicing done with replacing OIL filters,Air oil seperators ,safety valves,and oil circulating tubes.
