Description :
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent non-governmental body given a wide range of rule-making, investigatory and enforcement powers. The FSA regulated entities within WFG Group are required to report certain data back to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) which is utilized by the FSA to assess the risks in the mortgage market and to assist with the prudential supervision of firms. The purpose of the FSA IRR project is to facilitate delivery of the required business data to the FSA for each of the legal entities within scope. Each legal entity remains ultimately responsible for achieving its own FSA compliance for MLAR, RMAR and PSD. The process must deliver the final quarterly reports for those legal entities within 20 working days after the end of each financial quarter.
Responsibilities :
- Involved in the Requirements gathering (gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional requirements and data specifications for Business Objects Universes and Reports)
- Involved in the Development, UAT and Production support phases of Business Objects Report development
- Handled a team of 3 resources for delivering different change requests raised by the business
- Constantly worked with Business users to provide them with the data in form of complex reports and excel sheets for analysis
- Coded macros using VBA editor for various utilities

- Involved in designing and developing the Universe and updating the existing Universes, developing canned/ Adhoc reports.
- Created Iterative dashboards with Xcelsius .
- Used Celsius interface to import Excel data and formulas, and output interactive dashboards, animated charts and graphs, financial presentations, and business calculators directly to PowerPoint, Word, PDF documents.
- Involved in creating BOXI Sales Overview Universe. Involved in creating reports like Sales Overview, Sales Revenue, delivery Quantity by Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
