Job Description

Job Purpose:
Will be focused on the support, maintenance, and configuration of enterprise applications. The position is Sr. and will take a lead role in configuring complex enterprise applications, mentoring others, and communicating with their US counterparts.


Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring team members plan, develop and coordinate testing activities including Test Plan creation, Test Case creation, debugging, execution, and test analysis.
• Responsible for ensuring the execution of test scenarios by the test team.
• Responsible for coordinating test resources for strategic software applications.
• Responsible for ensuring all test team members accomplish their goals and responsibilities
• Familiarize themselves and the team with the business functionality and technology used for assigned applications (under test).
• Implement EAG QA testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Responsible for ensuring successful automation strategy is implemented.
• Responsible for working closely with on-shore test lead towards successful test phases.
• Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with other Release Stream team areas.
• Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
• Support and Test Weekly Updates and Production Releases as directed.
• Responsible for addressing open issues facing the test team and taking appropriate actions to mitigate such issues.
• Responsible for communicating all issues and actions taken with the off-shore test team to the on-shore test lead within a reasonable time period, when applicable.
• Responsible for coordinating/engaging build movements to the QA environment
• Lead a team of 10+ QA Analysts / Sr.Analysts.


• 9+ years of relevant business and test experience is required to ensure tasks are completed without supervision.
• 5+ years of strong experience in a structure test environment is required to ensure a strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles
• 5+ years of web testing experience, specifically HTML, JavaScript, and ASP/.Net experience, is required to meet the technical requirements of the position.
• Graduate or undergraduate degree in a computer related field.
• Should be results oriented and have demonstrated experience in knowledge, judgment, initiative and energy on the job.

Test and QA Skills:
•A Bachelor's degree is required. A concentration in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred. An advanced degree is also preferred.

Tools/Technology Skills:

Demonstrates a working understanding of software and web technologies, including Java Script, HTML, DHTML, Visual Basic Script, Visual Basic for Applications, ActiveX, Active Server Pages(ASP), SQL, COM/COM+/DCOM, Microsoft Transaction Server, Site Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Server(IIS) , XML/XSL, SOAP, Microsoft Web Store, and Crystal Reports/Crystal Enterprise.
